Nito Omachi 48 comes from the Maruishi Sake Brewery in Aichi Prefecture, which has become well known in the Tokyo area and throughout Japan for sake lovers.
Rice milling rate : 48%, outside 52% is polished.
Name of the yeast : No. 7, which is a traditional yeast used in Japan since 1940, known to give this fruity flavor and aroma.
Pasteurization : once after bottling, which allows the aromas to be preserved.
