    Pandor is a translucent, anise-free absinthe spirit made in France. Pandor also represents an original desire to update the flavour of absinthe and transform it into a modern spirit.
    This alcohol lay forgotten for many years, but has now re-established itself on the mixology scene. An absinthe without anise flavour goes perfectly in cocktails!

    TASTING SUGGESTION

    Created in Switzerland in the late 18th century, absinthe was a very popular drink during the 19th century. It was drunk in a special glass, the bottom part of which offered a way of measuring the quantity of absinthe to be poured (3 cl). A sugar cube was placed in an absinthe spoon that sat on top of the glass, then ice-cold water was poured over the top at a ratio of three to five times as much water as absinthe.
    This serving method balances out the bitter note and allows you to savour the various flavours.
